At Henne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Henne tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
